Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our finance team. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in financial software. The Accounts Payable Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the Associations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong grasp of basic accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are required to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently.
Knowledge of Accounts Payable practices, bank reconciliations, G/L entries, and financial reporting
- Proven ability to generate accurate, invoices and checks
- At least two - three years of accounts payable accounting experience
- A minimum of an Associates in Accounting (required)
- Required hours Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM, some evening meetings as required
- Vantaca Software experience (highly desired)
- Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Utilize financial software to track and manage accounts payable activities efficiently.
- resolve discrepancies and improve overall financial processes.
- Support the implementation and use of financial systems for improved efficiency.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $39,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
