About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Manager to join our team at Lynx Technology Partners. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in driving innovation, optimizing processes, and maintaining the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing IT strategies that align with our business objectives, managing IT initiatives, and ensuring the alignment of technology with business goals. You will also lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Additionally, you will ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
As a seasoned IT professional, you will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. You will possess a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are a plus.
You will have excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Your strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications will enable you to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
