Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute sales strategies that align with organizational objectives. Collaborate with leadership to set targets and forecasts.
Team Development
Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to help each team member excel.
Sales Operations
Oversee day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, pipeline management, and customer outreach. Implement best practices in CRM usage to maintain data accuracy.
Customer Engagement
Build and nurture relationships with key clients, serving as an escalation point for complex issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
Performance Monitoring
Track and analyze sales metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth. Report findings and forecasts to leadership on a regular basis.
Market Insights
Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Use insights to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration
Partner closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and consistent branding.
Results:

Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in a sales management role with a proven track record of surpassing revenue goals.
