Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute sales strategies that align with organizational objectives. Collaborate with leadership to set targets and forecasts.

Team Development

Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to help each team member excel.

Sales Operations

Oversee day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, pipeline management, and customer outreach. Implement best practices in CRM usage to maintain data accuracy.

Customer Engagement

Build and nurture relationships with key clients, serving as an escalation point for complex issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.

Performance Monitoring

Track and analyze sales metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth. Report findings and forecasts to leadership on a regular basis.

Market Insights

Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Use insights to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Collaboration

Partner closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and consistent branding.

Results:

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by coordinating with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Deliver regular performance updates and action plans that keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

Requirements:

  • 1 years of experience in a sales management role with a proven track record of surpassing revenue goals.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and motivational abilities to guide a diverse team.
  • Strong understanding of effective sales methodologies, metrics, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
  • Integrity, empathy, and commitment to delivering value and building lasting client relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $500.00 per week

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
