Position Overview:
The Account Executive will focus on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and helping to grow our market share in the used industrial machinery sector. This individual will work closely with our sales and operations team to deliver value to our clients by offering tailored solutions to meet their equipment needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the food processing and meat industries.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Consultative Selling: Understand clients’ equipment needs, provide tailored solutions, and manage the sales process from inquiry to delivery.
- Negotiations: Handle negotiations with potential buyers, ensuring a win-win outcome for the company and the client.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the refurbishing team to ensure equipment is in optimal condition for sale and meets customer expectations.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and deal pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, or related fields.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
