Position: Reliability Engineering Manager
Location: Rome, NY
Revere Copper seeks a Reliability Engineering Manager to enhance plant reliability in their Engineering, Maintenance, and Reliability Team. This role involves managing a team of reliability engineers with a strategic focus on improving plant efficiency. As the process owner of Revere's Work Management Process, you will collaborate with operations management to ensure equipment operates efficiently and reliably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop predictive and preventative maintenance strategies.
- Analyze equipment performance using established metrics.
- Recommend improvements.
Core Duties:
- Direct reliability improvement strategies, practices, and projects that support operational goals and objectives.
- Promote continuous improvement for the Reliability and Maintenance Work Management Process.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance for improving equipment reliability and performance.
- Implement Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs to control maintenance expenses.
- Develop and track reliability metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in capital planning to determine project priorities.
- Utilize Root Cause Analysis and Preventive Maintenance to reduce equipment failures.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of engineering leadership experience in heavy manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of reliability centered maintenance and predictive maintenance techniques.
- 5 years of people leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills.
- Safety experience and application.
- Problem solving capabilities and analytical abilities.
- Business acumen and financial analysis skills.

Education / Training:
