Responsibilities will include but not be limited to :
Demonstrated ability to create and execute demand generation strategies that drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
Experience with multichannel campaigns including email marketing social media PPC SEO and content marketing.Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies that drive engagement lead generation and customer acquisition within the healthcare or recruitment sectors.
Campaign Strategy and Execution :Develop test / experiment execute digital marketing strategies to attract and recruit physicians.
Manage and optimize multichannel digital marketing campaigns including email social media PPC SEO and content marketing.Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and targeted campaigns.Social MediaDevelop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engage with potential recruits.
Stay uptodate with social media trends tools and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing.Social media management for :
Linkedin Facebook Instagram YouTube etc.
Monitor and respond to social media interactions including encouraging employee involvement and engagement.Online reputationMonitor and respond to client reviews including Google business profile social media ratings etc.
Create campaigns to increase online rating / NPS scores.Content CreationAssist in developing branding materials content copy targeting messaging.
Assist in creating graphic content for all digital channels.Internal and external materials including training onboarding meetings.Synchronize content and messaging through all platforms including website optimization / SEO (articles / blogs)Assist in additional projects as needed.Email Marketing :Design build and maintain email marketing campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and conversions.Collect and interpret meaningful data to enhance future campaigns.Analytics and Reporting :Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Utilize datadriven insights to refine marketing strategies.Provide detailed reports and analysis to senior management.Process Evaluation :Evaluate and optimize marketing processes for increased effectiveness and efficiency.
Stay uptodate with digital marketing trends and best practices.Any other projects as assigned by the COO or Director of MarketingQualifications :
Minimum of 35 years of experience in digital marketing preferably within the healthcare or recruitment industry.Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.Proven experience in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.Strong knowledge of SEO PPC email marketing social media and content marketing.Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics HubSpot).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Takes full ownership of candidate marketing tactics strategies execution analytics and monitoring all channels.Detailoriented with strong analytical skills.Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Passion for healthcare and physician recruitment.Additional Information :
