Directly responsible for the successful support and operations of our customers' Microsoft and Linux-based solutions built on the AWS cloud. Communication with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a clear and professional manner is an absolute must. Candidates must be willing to jump in and learn new tools and technologies in support of a very diverse set of customers. Use system analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications.
Key Attributes :
- Takes and handles calls from customers for entry into the ticketing system.
- Analyzes and resolves problems associated with the operating system’s servers, hardware, applications, and software.
- Possesses familiarity with varied concepts, standard best business practices, and procedures.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks with minimal guidance and supervision.
