About the Role

The Office Administrator is responsible for managing essential administrative functions and supporting internal teams across departments. From handling day-to-day office activities to maintaining records and streamlining workflows, your role will be key in keeping things running efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Operations: Coordinate office activities and ensure general administrative duties are carried out efficiently.
  • Scheduling & Communication: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle internal and external correspondence with professionalism.
  • Document & Record Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility.
  • Office Supplies & Inventory: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed to support uninterrupted operations.
  • Team Support: Assist other departments with administrative tasks, reports, and documentation when needed.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate existing administrative procedures and suggest improvements for enhanced workflow and efficiency.
