What are the responsibilities and job description for the Towing Dispatcher/Office Manager position at Mabry's Towing LLC?
Provide Excellent Customer Service.
Use dispatch software to manage calls, track tow trucks, dispatch calls to drivers.
Answer phone calls pertaining to roadside assistance, emergency calls via City and/or State Police.
Update records for payments. Receive credit cards information for payment.
Respond to emails.
Collect monies for released vehicles from storage lot via cash, check or credit card.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
