We are seeking a Office Assistant/Data Entry Clerk to join our fortune 500 Lawn and Garden Product Distribution Team. In this role you will be completing clerical related tasks including, data entry, filing, appointment scheduling, emailing and customer service.
Schedule/Pay:
- M-F: Approx: 7AM-4PM
- Pay will be starting at $16/hr, to be hired in at a higher rate
Duties:
- Truck Dispatch a plus but not required.
- Filing, faxing, scanning, e-mailing
- Assists in the efficient running of the office by performing various clerical duties including processing of incoming mail, filing, answering phones and greeting and assisting visitors
- Enters and confirms customer orders
- Must have good computer skills and telephone skills.
- Must be able to use fax, copier and scanner.
- Must be able to work well in a fast paced environment.
- Must be a proactive team player with a "get the job done right" attitude
Qualifications:
- Must be friendly, responsible and reliable.
- Should be capable of working independently in a fast paced environment.
- Computer knowledge and organizational skills required
- Proficiency with numbers
- Detail and Customer service oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
