What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Technician – Final Inspection position at MAC Panel Company?
The role is responsible for ensuring electro-mechanical assemblies and cable harnesses meet customer expectations. This includes in-process and final inspection duties.
Essential functions (These are the job duties required for success in the job.)
· In-process inspection of assemblies
· Final inspection of assemblies
· Review blueprints, schematics, job routers, and other supporting documents
· Support manufacturing process in “accept” or “reject” decisions
· Refer parts to MRB as needed for further review

Work environment
The employee will perform the duties associated with this job in a manufacturing environment. Occasionally, the employee will be exposed to moving equipment such as fork trucks, hazardous chemicals such as solvents and cleaners, moderate noise levels and moderate changes in ambient temperature.

Education and experience
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· College degree in electrical or manufacturing engineering principals a plus
· 1 – 3 years of either electro-mechanical assemblies or wire harnesses experience
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
· IPC 610/620 training a plus
Work authorization/security clearance requirements
Must be a US citizen or have the authority to work in the US
