Vice President - Capital Raising

Macdonald and Company are proudly partnered with a 50 year real estate development firm to appoint a Director/Vice President of Capital Raising into their office in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The Role

This individual will join the executive leadership team in identifying new capital partners, specifically high net worth individuals and family offices, to secure equity funding for their ground-up development projects.

Role Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships within high-net-worth individuals and family offices to secure equity investments in built for rent real estate projects.
• Execute fundraising strategies, present financial models, and market insights to potential investors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors by providing regular updates, reports, and insights regarding the performance of the investments.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities and developments in the real estate industry.
• Work closely with the executive team to refine equity raising strategies and provide feedback on investor sentiment.
• Maintain accurate records of investors interactions, commitments, and all transactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in raising equity for real estate projects.
• Established network of high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of real estate financial modeling and investment structures.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence.
