Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of Partners, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Facilitate seamless meeting coordination, including agenda preparation, material distribution, and follow-up action tracking.
- Oversee expense reporting, invoice processing, and financial documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in project management initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive business matters.
Qualifications of the Executive Assistant:
- 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably from private equity.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM and expense management software.
