Candidates should possess a strong academic background and exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills. Must be licensed to practice in NJ and in good standing.
Viable candidates should possess 2 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Medical Malpractice litigation
- Case management
- Insurance claims representative interaction
- Taking/defending depositions
- Drafting and arguing dispositive motions
- Preparing for arbitrations, mediations, and trials
This position offers a hybrid schedule.
