Assists with marketing communications that drives brand visibility and supports student recruitment for the college. Works closely with the Marketing Director to create and execute integrated advertising campaigns and student engagement efforts that align with institutional goals.
Job Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Management.
- Oversees advertising campaigns that enhance brand visibility and support student recruitment, retention, and success.
- Assists in developing plans for new marketing initiatives, including message creation, creative direction, audience targeting, timelines, and execution.
- Manages multiple advertising and awareness projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Partners with internal teams (graphics, web, print, and mailroom), external media agency and print and digital vendors to coordinate campaign elements, such as digital/print ads, landing pages, email marketing, signage, and more.
- Acts as a liaison with college departments to provide marketing consultation, assess objectives, and recommend strategies for promotional events and campaigns.
- Collaborates on the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive annual marketing plan.
- Develops and monitors project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with goals.
- Gathers competitive data to stay informed on industry trends and market positioning.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a field related to the work responsibilities from an accredited institution is required.
Qualifications
Minimum of three years of professional marketing experience with a proven track record of success. Experience managing projects.Proven ability to lead and execute projects independently.
