Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Clinical Informatics Manager to define best practice workflows
- Assist in the system build, implementation, education, and maintenance of the Electronic Health Record - MediTech
- Provide training to end-users on MediTech through one-on-one, classroom, or conference settings
- Contribute to hospital improvements and change management initiatives
- Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, clinicians, IT, and ancillary departments
