Mad City Windows & Baths, the Midwest's #1 home remodeling company, is looking for a Production Manager with a background in residential remodeling, specifically replacement windows, to lead operations in our NEW Raleigh territory.

Responsibilities
- Confirming all product orders
- Occasional ordering
- Receiving and inventory of products
- Loading, management and monitoring of crews
- Customer complaint resolution
- Organizing jobs and training
- Hiring of new crews and office staff
- Facilitating Service tickets/orders
- Creating strategies to improve efficiency
- Quality Control
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- 5 years of Residential Remodeling experience, specifically replacement windows
- 2 years of Project Management experience
- Experience resolving conflict
- Strong communication & customer service skills
