Madison Avenue Couture is the leading online independent dealer of pristine Hermes handbags and accessories in the USA. We also carry a small collection of Chanel and other ultra-luxury pristine items.
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Luxury Sales Specialist to join our team at Madison Avenue Couture. This role blends luxury retail experience to elevate our brand and drive sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury goods and skilled at delivering an exceptional client experience. The ability to collaborate with others is essential to the success of the position. The candidate will learn firsthand about the luxury resale industry and become an expert in the most coveted handbag brands in the world Hermes, Chanel, and Goyard. The position will report to the VP of Sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct both in-person and virtual showroom appointments with high-net worth clients, providing a personalized and luxury sales experience.
- Be hyper responsive to our clients outreach via email, phone, Instagram and WhatsApp.
- Build relationships with our clients and make sure we are top of mind.
- Utilizing SalesForce and other clienteling methods retain our existing clientele and find new client segments to engage.
- Participate in Madave events and be a brand ambassador to the company.
- Participate in weekly live stream shopping sessions to drive website traffic and boost sale conversions.
