Management Company Accountant
Location: Stamford, CT
Salary: $100k-$115k base, 20% Bonus (non-pro-rated)

Key Responsibilities:
- Support financial reporting, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Oversee accounts payable, payroll, and intercompany transactions.
- Assist with tax, audit, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Manage financial systems and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and review financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement enhancements in accounting procedures, internal controls, and financial reporting.
- Analyze financial data to support business decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with 2 years of public accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of foreign currency accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Workday Financials is a plus.
- CPA certification or intent to pursue.
- GAAP & IFRS experience is preferred.
- Foreign Language skills are a plus.
