A financial services firm based in Greenwich, CT is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Management Company Accountant. This role will follow a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly/quarterly trial balances, financial statements, and supporting workpapers.
- Collaborate with Fund Accounting and Corporate Accounting teams to ensure accurate treatment of underlying fund-level activities, expense accruals, and intercompany transactions.
- Prepare and review economic allocations and partner capital account roll-forwards.
- Work with public accounting firms on annual audits and tax reporting, including estimates and K-1 forms.
- Participate in monthly/quarterly fund closings to ensure consistency of investor-related information, commitment amounts, contributions received, and outstanding contributions with relevant documents.
- Oversee daily cash administration, including managing capital calls.
- Perform other duties, as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in accounting
- Strong technical, analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
