Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive paid search strategy, focusing on high-impact results and aligning with business growth objectives.
- Oversee and optimize multimillion-dollar advertising budgets across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve key metrics such as conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition, and customer lifetime value.
- Direct the creation, testing, and refinement of ad copy, keywords, and targeting to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Drive innovation by researching and implementing new tools, strategies, and methodologies in the paid media space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analytics and marketing, to refine the customer sales journey and enhance overall campaign alignment.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and improved performance in the marketplace.
- Implement A/B testing for ads and landing pages to optimize results and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing and scaling significant PPC budgets, ideally in high-growth or B2C-focused industries.
- Deep expertise in paid search platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Microsoft Clarity.
- Experience with A/B testing, multivariate experiments, and advanced audience segmentation.
- Knowledge of marketing funnels and data-driven performance optimization.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Preferred Experience
- Background in financial services.
- Familiarity with drafting and optimizing paid ad copy.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
