Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring the recruitment of top-tier candidates.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations.
- Negotiate employment contracts and manage benefits administration.
- Oversee workers' compensation claims and ensure adherence to OSHA standards.
- Utilize HR software systems such as SAP, ADP, and Taleo for efficient HR operations.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote HR initiatives.
- Provide guidance on performance management, training, and development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior HR role with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation processes.
- Proficiency in HR software systems including SAP, ADP, and Taleo.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-SCP or SPHR) is a plus.
