About the Role
As our Marketing Manager, you will work side-by-side with the CEO and collaborate with external marketing vendors to align all marketing efforts with business goals. This role requires a blend of creativity, leadership, and tactical execution. You will lead campaigns across digital, print, and social channels, while maintaining a cohesive and compelling brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Build and execute effective marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and client engagement.
- Campaign Oversight: Manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, print media, and social channels.
- Budget Management: Design and maintain the marketing budget, ensuring ROI-focused decisions.
- Content Leadership: Develop high-impact content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social platforms.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to inform marketing direction.
- Performance Metrics: Track and evaluate marketing KPIs to continuously refine campaign effectiveness.
- Team Management: Guide and support a small but growing team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure consistency and quality across all branding and promotional efforts.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal and external partners to maintain alignment and clarity across projects.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Demonstrated success managing and executing marketing initiatives, ideally in a service-based or professional environment.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Proven project management and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications
