Production Coordinator for Live Events
At MagicSnow, we create magic with snow. Our company is the leading producer of snow special effects and snow themed experiences for entertainment productions around the world.
We’re seeking a Production Coordinator to be part of our team.
As the Production Coordinator, you will assist with planning, scheduling, coordination, and problem-solving for our entertainment productions. From development to delivery, you will be the primary contact for our crew, vendors, and clients, fostering friendly and supportive relationships both within and outside the company.
The Production Coordinator is a full-time/part-time position. The position will be full-time, in-person July through January with a flexible part-time and remote schedule for the remainder of the year.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with MagicSnow team to define scope of work for projects, identify project needs and coordinate resources
- Create timelines for each Project and Run of Show documents
- Create a weekly schedule to properly staff all projects
- Maintain database of project timelines and statuses
- Point of contact for on-site MagicSnow team during installation, operation, and strike of projects
- Coordinate shipping and transportation of MagicSnow assets
- Coordinate employee travel needs including booking hotel, air travel, and vehicles
- Compile and summarize daily show reports and other daily production updates
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in entertainment production, live events, or experiential
- Production management, crew scheduling, and project coordination experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills, Excel, Word, Mail. Experience with SAP or other business operations software is a plus
- Meticulous and detail-oriented is a must
- Ability to anticipate and adapt to unexpected circumstances
- Must be able to work over Holiday weeks

The Pay Rate for this role is $21.50 per hour.
Holiday pay, paid sick-time, overtime pay, travel pay, and a QSHERA health benefit are offered.
