- Perform all aspects of the requisition, exchange, and distribution of instructional materials in accordance with State and district regulations, policy, and guidelines.
- Implement and maintain an accountable school-site instructional materials inventory management system that ensures appropriate quantities of instructional materials are available at each campus when required for instruction.
- Plan and maintain an accountable inventory and stock control system for the fixed assets of the district and recommend replacement and disposal of assets when necessary.
- Conduct an annual physical inventory of the district's fixed assets and instructional materials.
- Relocate computer hardware, peripherals, and equipment as needed.Administration
- Train campus staff to use established procedures and guidelines to effectively and efficiently implement a site-by-site instructional materials inventory management and distribution system.
- Work with district accounting, purchasing, and distribution services to ensure the timely receipt, identification, and recording of newly acquired fixed assets and instructional materials.
- Provide technical assistance to users of computers, instructional equipment, and software.
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and updating of technology equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with technology devices and provide basic solutions to the issue or able to articulate the issues to the technology department.Records and Reports
