The Youth Coordinator works under the supervision of the Early Learning Director, and is primarily responsible for the administration and supervision of the designated programs and activities for K-6th grade. The successful candidate will develop and promote programs, supervise staff, assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff. This person will be aware of current trends, and will maintain and improve the quality of the program to ensure retention of participants.
