What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Main Street Accounting Services Inc?
Administrative Office Management Functions to include:
- -Answering phone calls and follow-up customer service phone calls. Excellent and professional customer service skills required.
- -Scheduling appointments for the Accountant
- -Track office work-flow and client status. ***Excellent organizational skills***
- -Client greeting and document intake. (Friendly but firm demeanor)
- -Email communications with clients to include appointment follow-up and document requests.
Computer skills required include Gmail, Google Docs, MSFT Word, Google Sheets and MSFT Excel.
Ideal Candidate would also have:
-Experience using QuickBooks (desktop and online)
- 3 years office administrative experience
- Self-directed and able to identify work needing to be done and take action without being instructed to.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
