Responsibilities and Duties:
After satisfactory completion of geriatric dermatology training, daily duties and responsibilities include traveling to independent living, assisted living, memory care and nursing home communities to provide medical dermatology care. An additional responsibility is partnering with and maintaining relationships with patients, families, senior living community staff and other health care providers to ensure success. Patient care duties include physical assessments, diagnosis and treatment of a variety of dermatological disorders and performing procedures. A strong foundation in patient and family counseling is necessary. An entrepreneurial spirit with motivation to grow the assigned territory is imperative.
Requirements:
- Willing to travel on-site to senior living communities.
- 2 years medical experience.
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
- Valid Board Certification.
