We are immediately looking for a full-time receptionist in our downtown Lincoln office.
We are looking for someone who is team spirited, independent and reliable with a great attitude and a smile to support our growing, dynamic management team.
We have an amazing team of caring managers who are patient, compassionate and focused on the care we provide to everyone we touch every day.
Daily duties include answering phones, responding to emails, sending out birthday/condolence cards to staff and clients, assisting the team with filling open shifts, calling references for job applicants, filing records, copying, printing, taking notes during meetings, managing/ordering office supplies, a monthly on call rotation, etc.
