This is a Direct Hire, Full Time, Permanent position.Our customer is looking for an individual with the ability to independently complete all facets of the building estimating and bidding process.Required Qualifications : A bachelor\'s or associate degree in the field of construction plus four (4) years related experience is required.Excellent math skills with an analytical, detail oriented mind required.Proficient computer skills including MS Office products required.Knowledge of Sage Estimating, on-screen takeoff, and Procore is preferred but not required.Assignment based in Fairfield, Maine but will require travel throughout Maine and New Hampshire requiring seldom overnight lodging.A valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.Benefits : 401(K) Matching.Health insurance.Life insurance.Paid Time Off / Earned Paid Leave.Paid Holidays.Use of company pool vehicles for job site visits & client meetings.Competitive per diem when assignments require overnight travelPAY RANGE : \$80,000 - \$90,000 annually based on experience
