*Job Summary* As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk area, ensuring efficient and professional customer service.
*Duties* - Manage all front desk duties, including checking guest in and out, entering reservations, answering phones, and responding social media comments - Maintain office supply inventory and place orders when necessary - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly - Train and supervise front desk staff to provide exceptional service - Utilize computerized systems for scheduling and payroll information - Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and proofreading documents
*Qualifications* - Proven experience in hotel office management or a similar role - Proficiency in computerized systems, including Win PM and MSI - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills with proficiency in phone systems - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
