Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable: Enter invoices into Accounts Payable daily, scan invoices to electronic file software, and maintain recurring payments.
- Accounts Receivable: Enter and generate all invoicing for Maintainer Corp of Iowa, enter cash receipts into computer, and generate deposit slips.
- Administrative Tasks: Answer incoming calls using a multi-line phone console with paging system, act as a receptionist for clients, visitors, vendors, and job applicants, and perform miscellaneous tasks as directed by the Chief Financial Officer.
The ideal candidate will possess basic computer and keyboarding skills, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
