Majestic Life Contracting, Inc., consults, contracts, and manage painting applications and solutions for large commercial and multi-family painting projects for large general contracting corporations, private investment firms, property management companies, and commercial realty companies.
Our company is seeking an organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support our office with clerical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must have great computer skills, communicate effectively, detail oriented, self-motivated, and time management skills, (bilingual in Spanish a plus). Previous experience in a construction office environment is helpful, but not required.
Job Duties:
*Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails.
*Ensure clients and other visitors experience a professional welcoming and friendly reception, both in person and on the phone.
*Scheduling/dispatch of daily construction jobs.
*Execute clerical and general offices duties such as setting up and maintaining filing system, date entry, typing, copying, ordering office supplies, and other administrative tasks for projects as requested.
*Assist in the preparation of financial documentation and essential bookkeeping, receivables, and payables, as needed.
*Provide support to the president, office manager, division manager, and other management staff, as needed.
*Assist with ordering office inventory.
*Other office and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-High school diploma is required - additional administration training program, associate degree or bachelor's degree, is valuable.
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills are needed.
- Must be comfortable and proficient with technology, computer skills and software systems, QuickBooks Online, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Access and Power Point).
- Operating office printers, shredders and other office equipment.
- Familiarity with the construction industry is helpful, but not required.
- Administrative and Customer Service experience in Office environment is preferred.
- Strong Integrity is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
