Our state-of-the-art upscale clinic in Downtown Milwaukee is seeking a full-time Dental Office Front Desk/Receptionist to join our Team!

We are a prosthodontic and general dentistry office that prides ourselves in high quality dental care and strong team dynamics. The right candidate will have strong communication and inter-personal skills who is caring, patient, and enthusiastic. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits and paid parking.
Qualities Desired:
- Previous experience in a dental/medical office desirable but willing to train the right person
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- Dental knowledge is beneficial, but willing to train the right person
- Strong organizational skills
- Thrives working in a high pace environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Google email
- Ability to be cross-trained and function with multiple responsibilities
- Willingness to learn, be responsible and pleasant is necessary
Responsibilities:
- Creating a welcoming environment that puts patients at ease and introduces them to our clinic
- Patients scheduling
- Checking patients in and out
- Billing and collections
- Ensure that patient appointments, cancellations and last-minute adjustments are handled properly
- Ensure efficient communication between patient, doctor and office staff
- Verifying/discussing insurance benefits and filing insurance claims desirable but not required
- Take responsibility for appearance and functionality of the dental office
- Coordinate with labs to ensure case completion prior to a patient appointment
- Ensure that all subsequent visits are planned
- Ensures that treatment plans are accurately entered in computer
- Tracking new patients and new patient retention
