Major Food Group is seeking aspiring restaurant operations leaders to join our Management Development Program!
This 12-week immersive experience is designed to develop future leaders in restaurant operations through structured training, mentorship, and hands-on learning. Participants will gain exposure to all facets of restaurant management, working alongside industry professionals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Program Overview:- Rotate through key areas of restaurant operations, including front-of-house service, guest relations, financial management, and team leadership
- Gain exposure to budgeting, operational decision-making, and workforce management through structured training sessions and leadership meetings
- Oversee and execute service operations while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and guest experience.
- Strengthen problem-solving and decision-making skills by navigating guest concerns, operational challenges, and service recovery scenarios.
- Develop an understanding of recruitment, scheduling, and team member development
- Learn to implement and uphold company policies, health & safety standards, and compliance regulations
- Work cross-functionally with corporate department teams to understand broader business operations.
- Recent graduate from accredited University in hospitality, business, or a related field.
- A minimum of one year of hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Commit to a full-time schedule, including nights and weekends
- Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within restaurant operations.
