What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Makin' It Move Transport, LLC?
Looking for a Project Coordinator for our growing home-based, women-owned business doing office administrative work. We are looking for someone who can work 25-30 hours per week. Full time available at a later date.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as a liaison between business and prime contractor.
- Coordinates with project foreman and subcontractors within project.
- Ensures deadlines and target hiring are met.
- General office management.
- Answering and making phone calls.
- Maintains diligent records and enters all data into respective databases.
- Communicates with other departments to ensure all project changes are understood.
- Maintain social media accounts.
- Assists others in the office.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree
- Spanish as a second language (Preferred not required)
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to adapt
- Willingness to help others
- Think and help problem solve
- Ability to communicate with others
- Have knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to commit to being at work daily.
- Must be available to work/ answer phones/ maintain social media on weekends when needed.
Pay will be discussed at the time of interview and will depend on experience.
90 day probation period.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
