About the Role:
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant based in Los Angeles to provide high-level administrative support. You will play a key role in managing calendars, making priority decisions, and supporting day-to-day operations. You should be proficient in Google Suite, and be comfortable driving and running errands when needed. Bonus points for experience with HubSpot and Webflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in prioritizing tasks and making key decisions to support the executive’s day-to-day activities.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Take detailed and accurate meeting notes, ensuring action items are tracked and followed up on.
- Drive and run errands as needed to support business tasks.
- Assist with email management, including drafting responses and flagging priority communications.
- Help manage CRM systems like HubSpot and assist with website copy updates using Webflow (bonus skills).
Key Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Google Calendar).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Bonus: Experience with HubSpot and Webflow, as well as a solid understanding of CRM systems.
- Must be based in Los Angeles.
