Responsibilities: - Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews - Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of information in HR systems such as Paylocity, Workday, UltiPro, SAP, and Taleo - Assist with data collection and analysis for HR metrics and reporting - Support employee performance management processes, including coordinating performance reviews and providing guidance to managers - Assist with employee orientation and training programs - Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits - Assist with change management initiatives within the organization Skills: - Proficiency in HR systems such as Paylocity, Workday, UltiPro, SAP, and Taleo - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate employee records - Knowledge of data collection and analysis techniques for HR metrics reporting - Familiarity with performance management processes and best practices - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and skills.
