What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Malloy Electric?
Responds to customer inquiries by telephone, e-mail, or chat to provide non-technical problem resolution. Resolves routine and basic problems and communicates solutions or requested information to the customer. Analyzes a customer's service needs and refers to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed. Uses a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Reports to a supervisor. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative phone/email responsibilities.
- Reporting
- Work Order processing β including but not limited to data entry, time management.
- Organizing inventory.
- Contribute to team efforts.
Requirements:
- High School diploma and/or technical training
- Professional communication skills
- Good phone etiquette
- Computer skills including Word and Excel
- Strong Organizational skills
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to take direction.
- Mechanical Aptitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
