- Hours mostly are 1st shift (Monday-Friday)

Call Center Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls throughout the day answering questions for retirement or benefit plans.
- Using great customer service skills to help employees find a solution.
Call Center Requirements:
- Clean background
- Previous customer service preferred not required.
- Previous call center experience preferred not required.
