Construction Laborer

Job Summary:

Maluliku General Contracting, a family-owned construction firm based on the Hamakua Coast, is seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various tasks on construction sites to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor duties, including foundation work, framing, roofing, drywall, finish work, and landscaping.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site to promote safety and efficiency.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
• Assist skilled tradespeople as needed.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or site managers.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and collaborate with a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or manual labor.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:
