Job responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations
- Ensure restaurant staff are successfully accomplishing their tasks
- Open and/or Close the restaurant
- Provide superior customer service to customers and guest relations
- Work towards guaranteeing customer satisfaction
- Train staff
- Adhere to all food safety standards
- Assist and conduct inventory when necessary
- Prepare shift schedules when necessary
- Report directly to General Manager
Skills requested
- Previous management experience (preferred)
- Ability to manage people and personalities
- Good communicator

- Comfortable in a fast paced environment
