ROLE SUMMARY :
The Coordinator is an organized and flexible individual who supports the People / HR function with a variety of projects. These include, but arent limited to, company events, employee onboarding, systems mgmt, scheduling, etc. The ideal candidate is a stellar communication, has strong project management instincts, solid attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

Manage a variety of administrative duties to support all HR / People operations (communications, scanning, e-filing, scheduling, tracking, etc.)Support recruiting and onboardingAssist with planning and execution of company eventsCollaborate with Payroll Manager to :Support benefits administration
Provide backup on payrollAssist with HRIS managementCompliance maintenanceCoordinate trainings and document participation / complianceTrack write-ups, performance reviews, feedback, etc. and follow-up with managersResearch various legal regulations / compliance and provide summary reportsSupport compliance related activitiesDevelop and manage HR reports, data and analyticsDemonstrate culture values of happy, hungry, focusedPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
