Spare Parts DK - Contract Administrator

The Contract Administrator processes, coordinates and supports daily sales tasks with colleagues in the Spare Parts Team, regional customers and the global organization. The position is an extended sales position from the MAN Energy Solution Headquarters in Holeby, Frederikshavn and Copenhagen, Denmark.
Required Education: Bachelor in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar 4 years degree.
Required Experience: Previous experience with international shipping, incoterms and tight deadlines, is key for this position. As well as experience in order processing and sales support.

- Secure timely delivery of planned spare parts according to agreements with customers.
- Prepare quotations, orders and logistics for unplanned spare part based on customers’ ad-hoc requests.
- Contribute to a positive work culture.
- Regularly follow up on readiness dates in the SAP system for on time delivery
- Establish and maintain good relationship and cooperation with customers, MAN-ES Supply Chain, MAN workshops and Suppliers.
