SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Manager for its client in Sacramento, CA. The person will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects in underground structures construction, from conception through completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all aspects of assigned pipeline and sanitation projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or cost overruns.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Underground and Sewer Structures Construction, with a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials related to structures.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
