Responsibilities:
- Prepare metal surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers.
- Operate painting equipment, including spray guns, to apply coatings to metal parts.
- Ensure the even application of paint and the adherence to quality standards.
- Inspect painted surfaces for defects and make necessary touch-ups or corrections.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter, with expertise in paint prep, priming, and finishing on metal surfaces.
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and coatings.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and specifications.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
