Mancan Staffing is hiring for a leading manufacturing facility in Wheeling, WV, specializing in the production of metal parts for various industries. We are currently seeking skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Painters to join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality finished products. This job includes preparing, priming, and finishing metal parts. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial painting, a keen eye for quality, and the ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare metal surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers.
Operate painting equipment, including spray guns, to apply coatings to metal parts.
Ensure the even application of paint and the adherence to quality standards.
Inspect painted surfaces for defects and make necessary touch-ups or corrections.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Industrial Painter, with expertise in paint prep, priming, and finishing on metal surfaces.
Knowledge of various painting techniques and coatings.
Ability to read and interpret work orders and specifications.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
