Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls and booking appointments while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management for barbers.
- Handle correspondence and inquiries via our booking system and phone with promptness and courtesy.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area as well as shop cleanliness to create a welcoming environment.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Exceptional phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist is a plus but not required.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 26 per week
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
