Key Responsibilities:
- Convert Pre-Qualified Leads into long-term customers—No cold calling.
- Conduct Solution-Focused Sales Calls – Identify client needs and position Mancomm’s compliance and safety solutions as the answer.
- Build and Manage Client Relationships – Develop trust, ensure renewals, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams – Partner with sales support and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Qualifications:
- Fluent English Speaker – Clear, professional, and articulate on calls.
- Confident Communicator – Ability to build rapport, lead conversations, and close deals.
- Results-Oriented – Demonstrated success in qualifying leads, handling objections, and driving revenue.
- Resilient & Coachable – Open to feedback and quick to adapt.
- Organized & Proactive – Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects efficiently.
- Adaptable to Change – Comfortable working in a fast-growing company.
- US Cultural & Regulatory Knowledge Preferred – Prior US work experience or understanding of US compliance & safety regulations is a plus.
- Reliable Internet Service (Fibra Optica) – Preferred for optimal performance.Compensation & Benefits:
