Turf Valley Resort is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Hotel
Bellman. If you possess a passion for delivering
exceptional guest service, we invite you to be a part of our distinguished team.
- Greet guests courteously at the hotel entrance.
- Open doors for guests as needed.
- Provide clear and accurate directions to various hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Respond to inquiries about the hotel, special events, and the surrounding area.
- Efficiently load and unload luggage from vehicles.
- Safely transport luggage to and from guest rooms.
- Deliver guest requests promptly, including items such as irons, ironing boards,
- Showcase hotel rooms and suites when required.
- Possess and maintain a thorough understanding of fire evacuation and emergency
- Monitor unattended luggage or packages with diligence.
- Maintain a vigilant presence to identify any suspicious individuals in the halls or lobby.
- Uphold cleanliness standards in the lobby.
- Regularly clean bell carts and stanchions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
