Bell Attendant Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet guests courteously at the hotel entrance.
• Open doors for guests as needed.
• Provide clear and accurate directions to various hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Respond to inquiries about the hotel, special events, and the surrounding area.
• Efficiently load and unload luggage from vehicles.
• Safely transport luggage to and from guest rooms.
• Deliver guest requests promptly, including items such as irons, ironing boards,
hairdryers, pillows, towels, etc.
• Showcase hotel rooms and suites when required.
• Possess and maintain a thorough understanding of fire evacuation and emergency
procedures.
• Monitor unattended luggage or packages with diligence.
• Maintain a vigilant presence to identify any suspicious individuals in the halls or lobby.
• Uphold cleanliness standards in the lobby.
• Regularly clean bell carts and stanchions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
